The Rise Of Dylan Vanas, Co-Founder Of Mindful Agency

Attention to detail? Check! Undying passion for work? Check! The once ‘new Founder’ in town is here and has taken over the market with his undying will to create a new pathway in marketing.

Dylan Vanas‘ ability to be a problem solver using cost-effective solutions is making him one of the major sought-after leaders in the field of marketing.

Vanas strives to create a community of people that consistently supports his cause of building the world’s best marketing agency, with his joint venture with Michael Graziano opening doors where walls once stood.

One of the key points of marketing is client relationships, which Vanas has figured out by maintaining them in a way that sustains the goals of Mindful Agency along with his personal goals.

His secret to success? His four core values, “My top two are growth and freedom. But those two alternate,” he says, from his adopted home in the U.S. “I believe there’s no such thing as staying the same. You’re either growing or decaying. I focus on growth and getting better every day.

Vanas’ third core value is integrity. “Every time I say something, I do it. So I think the best way to lead is by example. That’s what I’m doing through integrity. And my fourth key value is trying to be an over-deliverer. So I believe that in every way possible, go the extra mile.”

When asked about how these core values have helped him stay focused and achieve the goals he set his mind on, he responds: “Consistency is the magic ingredient. By staying focused and believing in my core values, I have been able to achieve everything that I always knew I would someday. People who started with me ended up leaving their dreams and chasing new trends. Meanwhile, I chose to sit every day and grind on the dream that I had.”

His resilience to achieve something greater in life shows in his approach to achieving his milestones. “When I’ve achieved a certain milestone, I move on to the next and strategize hard about it. Once I have managed to achieve that, I jump on to the next. This cycle continues.”

Achieving his goals at a young age, Vanas keeps himself grounded by using holistic spiritual techniques that are also a major part of the Mindful Agency mantra. “I am deeply spiritual, and I meditate pretty much every day. I’ve done week-long meditation retreats in foreign countries and believe that meditation has created the most profound change in my life.”

His conscious effort to change his mental and external environment for the better resulted in him finding an anchor in meditation. “By breaking the pattern of toxicity I was able to reinvent and recreate myself. By meditating, I was able to believe in myself again. Questions like ‘who I am and what I’m moving toward’ helped me break my shackles to be my higher self. It helped me not to be trapped by imaginary limitations.”

What sets Vanas apart is his new take on marketing. His approach is that there are two parts to marketing; art and science. What is the vision and what is the story we’re telling to the world? What’s going out to the public, and how are they seeing one thing? “These questions explore the artistic nature of marketing,” he says. “Whereas, questions in regard to the data, the Pareto Principle, and numbers that allow a particular product’s social media presence to skyrocket, is the ‘science’ part of the marketing.”

Vanas’ attempt to constantly aspire to a better career trajectory took a start when he found himself deeply enjoying marketing. “There were these constant aspirations and I wanted more. I was inspired to put my skills to work but didn’t have the vehicle for it. And then I discovered marketing. I was astonished to find that I can make money by helping other people make money.”

When asked about the importance of failure, Vanas replies, “Every single time we fail, it creates this tolerance level for me. The thing is, for most people when they fail it scars them and the trauma stops them from moving forward. The good thing is, you will eventually hit success as you can only fail so much. Even if you do get stuck. Eventually, you’re going to get some traction.”
