UBS Group AG UBS CH:UBSG said Monday that Chief Risk Officer Christian Bluhm will remain in his role for the foreseeable future, rather than step down next month as originally planned, due to the planned acquisition of Credit Suisse Group AG CS CH:CSGN.

Damian Vogel–who was due to take over as the Swiss bank’s chief risk officer on May 1–has been appointed to the newly created role of group risk control head of integration, with responsibility over integration activities related to risk, UBS said.
