AARP Memberships Are up to 43% off for Black Friday

It may not be as exciting as a new TV or phone. You probably weren’t expecting a Black Friday sale on it, either.

But a discounted membership to AARP will likely save you much more money, and for several years to come — how many other Black Friday purchases can you say that about?

The best limited time offer is for a five-year membership rate of $9 per year, and includes a free second membership for someone in your household. The normal annual rate is $16, making this a 43% discount on something that could routinely save you 10-15% on other purchases.

If you don’t want to commit, you can still save with other Black Friday offers: three years of AARP for $30 (a 37% discount) or a single year for $12 (a 25% discount).

While some membership benefits are only available to those age 50 or older, such as certain types of insurance, most of AARP‘s hundreds of discounts — on everything from restaurants to travel — are available to members of any age. There is no minimum age to join, so there’s no reason to miss out on savings.
